Luna was brought to Carroll County Animal Shelter with a leg injury of unknown origin. She needed a low-stress recovery environment that a busy shelter setting couldn't provide.
Her foster placement includes a quiet dedicated room, a slow reintroduction to normal movement, and ongoing veterinary check-ins arranged through PALS.
Luna is regaining mobility steadily and has started initiating play with a feather wand for the first time since her arrival.
