Our timeline so far

    PALS Animal Alliance is founded

    A group of Carroll County volunteers organizes to support the local animal shelter with foster placement and medical funding.

    Foster network expands

    The foster family network grows to support animals with medical and behavioral needs shelters can't accommodate long-term.

    Community partnerships deepen

    PALS formalizes its ongoing partnership with Carroll County Animal Shelter and expands volunteer and donor support.
